CUSTOMER’S ASSUMPTION OF RISK
AND RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
There are no guarantees against
breaking a paddle—you should always carry a spare. Paddlesports can be an
enjoyable pastime, however they do carry with them inherent risks. The user of
a paddle from NorthPoint Paddles assumes any risks and releases NorthPoint
Paddles, and its agents, from any and all liability.
WARRANTY:
One-year warranty from
purchase/delivery date, against any manufacturer defects. We reserve the right
to determine if a product will be covered under warranty. If damage is due to a
manufacturing defect, NorthPoint Paddles will repair or replace the paddle free
of charge. This warranty applies to the original owner for purchases made
directly from NorthPoint Paddles or an authorized dealer, and is
non-transferable.
RETURN
POLICY—when purchased directly from NorthPoint Paddles:
FOR STANDARD SIZE PADDLES:
Returns or exchanges will ONLY
be allowed for standard size paddles under the following conditions:
- Paddle is unused & undamaged (including no damage incurred during return shipping), AND
- NorthPoint Paddles must be notified of intent to return/exchange no later than ten (10) days from purchase or delivery date, AND
- Once approval has been given for return/exchange, the customer must return paddle to NorthPoint Paddles at their own expense. In the case of an exchange, NorthPoint Paddles reserves the right to pass the shipping cost of the new item on to the customer.
